3. Reservations and Bookings

Workshop and event reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made by BOMA. Cancellations by customers must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.

4. Market Vendor Terms

Vendors at BOMA pop-up markets agree to sell only authentic, legally sourced products. BOMA reserves the right to approve or reject vendor applications and remove vendors who violate market policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BOMA or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws. Workshop materials and techniques shared during classes are for personal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

BOMA is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur on our premises or during our events, except where prohibited by law. Participants in workshops and events assume responsibility for their own safety.
